This 1970’s original brown brick affair had slowly shifted with the times. With a growing family it was time to move up. An adults retreat expands the entire upper floor served with a master bedroom, ensuite and separate toilet. The ground floor effortlessly glides from front to back by filling in the sunken lounge and knocking down the signature archways of the time period that divided the dining and lounge. A transition from tile to tin roof outshining the neighbourhood on completion.
