The owners to this 1920’s cottage came to Green-Shore looking to go up. Making adjustments achieving budget, proposed a second storey addition with stunning raked ceilings cuddling a Bedroom, swooping through a study/games room exiting onto a balcony. Situated on a corner, 10mm Vlam hush glazing was installed to silence the busy road. 8 steel columns were required to support the new upper level, skilfully installed within the existing stud work. Cladding and trimmings to match the ground floor, makes it seem like it was two storey from the beginning.
